Our process is tailored to the needs of the client. Whether we are working with individuals or teams, we will ensure that your goals are understood and a process is established to meet those goals.
Our facilitators help the team to create expectations staff have of each other to become their ideal team.
Team members are encouraged to reflect on the depth of their current working relationships and determine if they are at a level that enables them to discuss performance supportively and effectively.
Building trust within the group will foster open dialogue in regards to performance. In our experience participants will invest in honest conversations with their colleagues when there is care for both the individual and the organisation.
Discussions are facilitated to arrive at strategies and action plans where individuals and groups are encouraged to assist and support each others development.
Continual reflection on performance throughout the program, to establish which practises currently help us to achieve our goals and those that require improvement, is integral to maintaining motivation and building an achievement culture.
Our proposition includes:
1. Preparatory strategy briefing with key stakeholders
2. Facilitation of workshops or one-one-one consultations
3. Ongoing coaching and mentoring support via meetings, phone calls and or emails
4. Post-session debrief and report with key stakeholders
